Structural Engineering
We offer structural engineering and design sevices for all manner modern and historic of structures. This include residential developments; building alterations and extensions; theatres; industrial buildings; sheltered housing; offices; leisure and commercial projects. We also have vast experience in the design and specification of repairs, renovation and remodelling of structures, including barn conversions, and other listed and historic structures.
Offshore Engineering
We have extensive specialist experience in provision of structural design and consultancy services to the offshore oil, gas, renewable energy and decommissioning sectors. This includes works associated with offshore platforms, interfaces, bridges, stair towers, subsea services protection, dropped object protection structures, pipe supports, topside structures, shipping containers, skid frames, decommissioning structures and much more. Onshore schemes include site accommodation, fuel bunkering facilities, plant supports, liquid and gas storage facilities and associated offshore related works.
Building Surveying
We offer building surveying services including defects investigations and reports for a broad range of buildings and structures, including listed buildings, ancient monuments, civil engineering and marine structures.
Civil Engineering
We have experience in the design and specification of a variety civil engineering structures, systems and projects. These include aquaria infrastructure and tank design, port and harbour works, dredging, wave calming structures and more. Sports Grounds
We are familiar with the "Guide to Safety of Sports Grounds" and the requirement for annual safety inspections to be carried out for sports grounds accessed by the public. We have experience in structural appraisal of sports grounds in accordance with the requirements of the Green Guide, and of working with management teams to address structural defects and safety issues, if identified. We also appreciate the uniqueness of different sports grounds, and have experience in tailoring our services to suit the specific needs of each site.
Party Wall
We offer Party Wall surveying services for projects that involve construction works near party walls and party structures involve notices being served in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
